I cannot download any apps on my Windows 8 computer. I receive an error message that states "Your purchase couldn't be completed. This app can't be purchased because your current Internet connection is too slow. Please try again using a different connection." My internet is currently downloading at around 25 Mbps, so I highly doubt this is the problem. What do I need to do to get access to apps back?
Any idea?
