HTTP 500 Error message on bt web page

Hi,

I was typing a web site on bt Web page after a minute a message popped up stating HTTP 500 Error phoned Bt said it was not there fault advised to do a clean reinstall which I did but still had same problem using Win 10 64 bit with internet explorer?

Any idea?
